Due to conversion, discontinued and other reasons lead to no sample pumping, the enterprise must issue a written certification of materials; commissioned by the processing enterprises should be legally valid and commissioned by the processing contract, and to accept the sample test; can not be legally valid and commissioned by the contract processing, according to Fake and shoddy products on the premises.
