The energy consumption index of materials has been decreasing continuously. The output of special materials has been greatly improved from scratch, and the technological transformation of the equipment has achieved remarkable results.
Due to defects in design and manufacture, P301 frequently fails after the device is driven, which often causes the device to stop at full line. The Polypropylene Business Unit has repeatedly organized technical personnel to discuss and tackle problems, and has made bold changes to its sealed purge gas system, eliminating this bottleneck. The outlet lines of P304 and P305 are relatively narrow, and the load of the device is often affected by poor discharge. Through structural improvements, the unit load was increased from the initial design of 16.5 tons per hour to the current 20 tons per hour. The polymerization unit is easy to agglomerate when producing a random copolymer with high difficulty and high added value, which causes the granulation system suitable for the slurry polymerization unit designed in the 1970s to frequently stop and even cause polymerization to stop. Through continuous exploration and adjustment of the process, the technicians solved the problem of aggregated agglomeration and ensured smooth operation of the device.
Most of the granulation systems used in the poly-reconstruction project are old equipment, and the new process does not match the old equipment, resulting in an excessive proportion of the output of the by-products. At present, the number of products produced by this device has exceeded 40, and the cumulative production of special materials has reached nearly 30,000 tons. The proportion of special materials has reached more than 35% in the first half of this year, which has created good economic benefits for enterprises.
