At present, the best way to dispose of used textiles is to make resources and harmless use, so that the recycling of used textiles is more specialized, large-scale, and standardized. However, in the process of recycling, technical problems have always been the key to restricting the recycling of waste textiles. Faced with the numerous recycling technologies of waste textiles in the domestic and foreign markets, how to integrate and innovate technologies and high value for waste textiles The use of resources is an urgent problem to be solved. China's textile and chemical fiber industry urgently needs to strengthen the concept of green, circular and low-carbon development of the whole life cycle, build a textile recycling system, and realize multi-stage closed loop of textile fiber from cradle to cradle.
At the meeting, Cheng Huiqiang, a researcher at the Development Research Center of the State Council, expressed his thoughts and suggestions on the development of China's waste textile industry, and focused on the ideological countermeasures of several waste textile industries: First, focus on cultivating new kinetic energy and improving the strategic position of the waste textile industry. Second, strengthen regulations and system guarantees, regulations on the comprehensive utilization of waste textiles. Third, establish a management system for the whole process of classification, recycling, transportation and processing. Fourth, standardize management and improve the construction of recycling and utilization facilities for urban waste textiles. Fifth, the application of the Internet +, the construction of the information system of the socialization of the system.
He Yanli, vice president of China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, explained the conditions and procedures for applying for green fiber certification, and brought information on the “green development†of waste textile products. “Green fiber†refers to chemical fiber that is derived from biomass and recyclable raw materials, low-carbon and environmentally friendly in the production process, and environmentally friendly after being discarded. It requires the “green†characteristics of the product throughout its life cycle, including Selection of raw and auxiliary materials, processing, and disposal.
"Green fiber" label is applied to biobased chemical fiber, chemical fiber recycling, the colored liquid chemical fiber products, to fibers, yarns, fabrics, garments, home textiles, industrial textiles, and other fields. Any enterprise that is legally registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China and has independent civil liability, and engages in the production and operation of chemical fiber products may apply to the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association for the use of the green fiber mark. After applying, reviewing, inspecting and approving, the enterprise obtains the right to use the “green fiber†mark and accepts the supervision and management of the trademark use process by the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association.
At present, China advocates the upgrading of green industry, encourages the development of circular economy, and uses all renewable resources to create economic and social benefits. With the advancement of people's environmental protection concepts, the recycling of renewable resources is increasingly recognized by the public. China's renewable resources are gathering year by year, and there are abundant resources. The market potential is huge. In the current situation where resources and environmental “bottlenecks†are increasingly prominent, the development of renewable resources is of practical significance for the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of beautiful China.
