Talking about the Characteristics and Making of Shelves

The shelf opening is a common accessory for a switch bag. Due to its different structure, size, shape, cross-sectional profile, fixing manner, and sealing device, the shelf opening style is increased. One is the flanging mouth, and the other is the flanging mouth. The craftsmanship is based on the structure of the mouth. In general, the front and rear sectors of the shelf pack and the upper ends of the shelf packs are plugged into the shelf slots (a). Sometimes only the upper ends of the front and rear sectors are fixed in the slots, and the two sides of the pack are not inserted into the slots. They are free and open (b).

According to the position of the slot on the shelf, the shelf is generally divided into:

1. The mouth trough is located in the lower part of the mouth frame. The material is stuffed into the trough from the bottom. The whole appearance of the mouth can be seen on the pouch.

2. The position of the slot is on the side of the tray, and the material is inserted into the slot from the side.

3. The position of the groove is in the upper part of the tray, and the material is stuffed into the groove from the top.

In the production of shelf packs, the handles are usually fastened to the trays and can also be fastened to the front and rear sectors. In this case, two handles are generally provided. If a handle is provided, both ends must be symmetrically fixed on the front and rear sectors of the bag.
