1: Water quality requirements Do not use water with pH ≥7 during operation. Use filtered or purified water as much as possible. If the water quality is too hard, you can install chlorinated water purification equipment. You can also build a water tank and add appropriate sodium hexametaphosphate for purification and precipitation. Then, it is adjusted with a softener. The specific dosage is based on the PH value, and the general performance is 6.5. Water quality changes affect the color and softness of the fabric. Generally, the finishing needs to use softened water. The water quality is good, the fabric is bright and bright, soft and fluffy; the water quality is poor, the fabric is gray and dark, and the hair is hard.
2: Cashmere and woolen sweaters require a bath ratio of 1:15 to 20, and the actual experience is just soaking cashmere sweaters 1.5 to 2 cm higher.
3: When adding cashmere and woolen sweater, firstly stir the soft auxiliary agent (such as mf828, mf868) up and down, the best effect. Softeners must be stored in a sealed form, and prolonged exposure to air increases viscosity and turbidity.
(factory finishing process)
1. Put the cashmere shampoo according to the dosage of 3% (owf) or 10% of the leavening agent after 1:1 dilution, put it into 40 °C water and mix well. Put the soaked cashmere sweater into the soak 15~ After 20 minutes (slightly velvet soaking time is slightly longer), start washing with laundry equipment or manual squeezing for 3 to 30 minutes, depending on the suede requirements;
Jacquard or multi-color cashmere, sweater should not be soaked for a long time, cashmere sweaters of different colors should not be washed together
2. Extrusion of the water in the cashmere sweater after washing, rinsing with normal temperature water until no foam is present, and dewatering in a dewatering cylinder;
If the blended fabric, raw velvet or raw yarn contains more than 60% fine wool , it is recommended to carry out mercerizing treatment or enzymatic treatment. Now it is mainly used for anti-shrinking mercerizing:
A, adjust the water temperature to 25 ° C, add 3% (owf), special mercerizing agent 1 #, and 1% (owf) of oxalic acid, add a little softener to adjust the bath pH 5, the bath is evenly mixed, put The fabric is reacted for 35 minutes, during which time the fabric must be agitated at a constant speed or the apparatus rotated slowly.
B. Adjust the water temperature to 35 °C, add 5% (owf), the mercerizing reducing agent 2#, stir the bath evenly, and directly put into the fabric for 25 minutes. During the reaction, the fabric should be stirred at a constant speed or the equipment should be rotated slowly.
C. Rinse with normal temperature water until no foam, then put it into a dewatering cylinder for dehydration.
3, plus hand finishing, put 5 ~ 6% (owf) cashmere slipper into 38 ° C water, add a little softener to adjust the PH value of about 5.5, stir evenly, put into the dehydrated cashmere sweater soak for 30 ~ 35 minutes In the middle, you can gently stir for one minute every five minutes. (Jacquard, multi-color cashmere sweater or velvet or vegetable fiber fabric is also not suitable for long-term soaking);
4, directly dry, dry 70% dry, when the demand is strong, you can use the prototype to dry, avoid hanging and drying;
5, after drying, dry, can be ironed at medium temperature (about 140 °C) ironing, iron and cashmere sweaters leave the distance of 0.5-1CM, should not be pressed on the top, such as other irons must be padded wet towels.
